LOVE ALL. SERVE ALL.
A bit about our charity.
Refugee Relief started life in 1993 by a group of ordinary, every day people, who were driven to help the refugees from the Balkan war. They made many trips to Croatia in 1993, in all sorts of vehicles, taking food, toiletries and clothing to people who were housed in all sorts of accommodations
STARTED: 1993 AID DELIVERED: 2,000 tonnes since 1994
The Revival Centre.
The Revival Centre is a recognised as a Centre of Importance by UNICEF and we’ve been helping those there since Refugee Relief began in 1993.
The Center provides needed Medical Care and much needed safety, love and support for childred and their Family.
Our fundraising effort is aimed at the first hospice in the Ukraine, in Chernigov, housed inside the Revival Centre.
Your money will, in part, help to furnish the sleeping accomodation for the families of childred in the hospice, purchasing equipment and other much needed items to make their stay at the hospice as comfortable as possible.
The hospice does fabulous work, and your money will help children in care, and the families of those that have unfortunately lost their loved ones during their stay at the hospice.
STARTED: 1993 CHILDREN HELPED: 27,0000
Before Christmas the construction hit a potential roadblock, when a fire ripped through part of the building. Building work has continued, but has been hampered by the major cleanup effort that our volunteers are having to undertake.
We need your help now, more than ever.
